    Training Program held on Sep 02, 2020—Nov 01, 2020

From the moment I walked in to Power Moves Yoga it felt like home. Crystal welcomed me with a level of presence I had never quite experienced before. Andrew’s down to earth personality helped me to instantly know they were the right mentors for me on my yoga journey. Fast forward a few months to teacher training, I was blown away by the depth of knowledge and appreciation they both hold for yoga. Going into the experience, I never imagined I’d learn so much about all areas of yoga including anatomy, philosophy, and of course the science behind teaching a class. The program was absolutely transformational, and if I could I would do it again. After training, they both continued to be guides for me as I became an instructor on their team. Their encouragement and feedback helped me to find my own voice as an instructor. When the time came for me to take the leap into opening my own studio, their wisdom and support continued to guide me on my journey. I am beyond grateful that my journey led me into Power Moves Yoga. I am the women I am today because of the energy this space holds.
