Payton first discovered yoga as a way to become friends with her body, after years of little to no physical movement. She quickly noticed how much better she was feeling in both body and mind, and knew it was her life purpose to help others feel this way within themselves. Payton's desire for knowledge had her interested in diving deeper into the fundamentals of both the physical and meditative practice of yoga. She believes through a balanced practice of movement, mindfulness, and wellness, we can all achieve our highest potential. Payton will guide you through a practice filled with self exploratory tools that you can carry with you off your mat.
Payton's journey eventually lead her to open Peak Yoga and Wellness, as she wanted to create a unique space for those to gather and grow together. Off her mat, you can typically find Payton on a dance floor surrounded by her favorite people or cuddled up with her cats reading a good book.
