Designed by a professional instructional designer, the 200 and 300 hour programs combine flexible self-paced learning with robust faculty interaction and personalized feedback to support students to thrive as teachers and humans.

Participate in specific practices, asana labs, practice teaching, and structured practicums that will deepen their personal practice and elevate their teaching.

In our 300 hour yoga teacher training program, you will:

Represent the yoga profession with integrity, intention, heart, and skill,

Teach multi-dimensional hatha and vinyasa yoga classes that integrate all aspects of teaching, including but not limited to: heartful and elevating theming, astute sequencing, anatomical awareness, appropriate hands on and verbal assists, creative cueing, and a warm, professional and accessible presence,

Practice and teach advanced meditation and pranayama techniques such as viloma, brahmari, chandra bhedana, and others,

Apply an understanding of Integral Anatomy to teach inclusively, safely, and clearly,

Clearly identify your values, vision and mission as a professional yoga teacher,

Teach asynchronous and synchronous classes at a professional level,

Relate key teachings from the Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita to your life, practice, and teaching,

Deepen your own practice and empower your stewardship  of the yoga tradition.

Most rewarding teacher training experience I have had. Rachel and Mel are a power duo. Integral Anatomy with Gil was accessible, and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

I felt supported thoughout the entire training, the faculty was easily available and offered advise and guidance. They are very strong on anatomy. When I graduated I was confident that I was ready - and the faculty continues to be available if I reach out. I highly recommend them.

This program is packed with relevant information regarding business, asana, philosophy, and Anatomy. Great value for the money, and all around amazing faculty.

The education I received from the DoYogaWithMe YTT was second to none. As highly respected experts in their field, each teacher provided me with the in-depth knowledge, training, and resources necessary to develop and grow a wide range of skills imperative to be an effective and informed yoga teacher (and practitioner). They never taught at me but rather enabled me to think critically and analytically regarding everything from yoga philosophy to anatomy, cueing, sequencing, how to lead a multi-level class, etc. As I transition from being a practitioner only to a teacher, I’m confident I have the tools necessary to share my love of yoga with others safely and effectively.

All the four teachers who lead the program were extremely knowledgeable and supportive about my development both in my own practice and as a becoming teacher. I am a bit sceptical when it comes to online education but this program was amazing regarding scope and support. Highly recommended!

The program is flexible and allowed me to complete the training at my own pace. The teachers are great and very supportive. The lessons felt very accessible. The training substantially improved my personal practice and at the end I felt prepared to teach beginner classes. I would definitely recommend this training to someone looking for a flexible training that can fit into a busy life.

The DYWM yoga teacher training program is EXCELLENT. It provides the right combination of flexibility through the online videos, combined with live training via Zoom. There are plenty of practice sessions offered to enhance my learning and I felt fully supported. I received direct feed back that I could use to improve my teaching skills and appreciated the commitment of all the teachers in sharing their passion to help me develop further in the wonderful practice of yoga.
