I believe that what we teach, must be a reflection of our own practices and how we authentically walk on this Earth. My offerings are inspired by my deep connection with this animate Earth, love of mythology and desire to support others in finding their unique creative gifts.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Business and Economics from the University of Colorado, as well as an Associates of Applied Science in Baking & Pastry from the Art Institute of Colorado. I received my 200hr yoga teacher training from Vital Yoga in Denver in 2010 and my 500hr yoga teacher training from The School of Embodied Poetry in 2015 Boulder Colorado. I began teaching restorative yoga and meditation in 2011 and stepped into the seat of the mentor in 2015.
My desire to walk an Embodied Path has lead me to dream school, exploring different expressions of energy, plant & animal studies and mythology mentorships. I am currently studying with Dr. Sharon Blackie, Bo Forbes and Brooke Thomas.
I began my yoga practice as so many of us do, with a dvd in college. My practice grew from a space of supporting lower back issues and aspirations of becoming a professional cyclist, to realizing that yoga is a truly beautiful and sustainable way to cultivate the connection of body, mind, and spirit.
I am a RPYT®, RYT® 500, E-RYT® 200, YACEP®.
