At this time (4/3/21), I primarily teach the 26&2 series, both in studio and virtually, and for class times of 60, 75 and 90 minutes.
In my classes, I strive to follow traditional dialogue as well as add inspirational and directive cues that I've learned from taking various master classes, seminars and workshops to create an environment for students to always be challenging themselves and learning something new.
I've been practicing yoga for over 11 years, and now that I am an RYT, I am constantly excited to share my adoration of the practice and truly continue to be active in a community that has made a large impact on my physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Outside of the yoga, I am an independent woman living a fulfilled life in Washington, DC. I am a senior operations leader within a healthcare technology start up, who is continually approached with challenges and business problems, and I enjoy overcoming these challenges with innovation, teamwork and collaboratively generated processes.
I am curious, open minded and a consummate self-improver. I am a disciplined achiever and learner, who simultaneously strives to bring harmony and build meaningful relationships. I practice the practice, and I embody these qualities and feelings within all aspects of my life.
