Mission Statement
We invite you to tap into the wisdom of the body and enhance
your overall well-being through movement, breathwork, journaling,
and other mindful practices. We hold the space for you to harness
your creativity and resilience in order to cultivate self-compassion
and embrace all that this life has to offer.

"The owl is a master of flight and adaptation. He integrates
intelligence, power, grace, and beauty. He is acutely aware
and adaptive. He routinely varies his behavior and defensive
strategies to adjust to changing conditions. He is flexible in his
feeding habits and nest-building choices. He varies his territories
to fit food supplies and population densities. His vision and
hearing are outstanding. In this, the owl makes a perfect model
for mastery. Owls have much to teach us about living in a
conflicted and ever-changing world. We would be wise to
attend to them."
~Frank Rivers, The Way of the Owl

and learn from every student.

My experience with this school was very rewarding. The lessons were thoughtful, the teacher was attentive and knowledgeable, and there was an effort made to create a community within the cohort of learners. I will definitely recommend this school to others.

I love the way Kristy approaches yoga. My favorite mantra is "don't fit your body to the pose, fit the pose to your body."

I felt Wise Owl School of Yoga's training was thorough and stimulating. I would recommend it to potential students and fellow teachers. With having so much on my plate at the time, I appreciated the self-paced option.

The training was easeful and not complicated. Kristy was an awesome teacher that I could relate to. She was patient, accommodating of everyones schedule and even though the training was taught on a digital platform there was no lack of attention given or feeling of getting less information had we been in person. All in all I would highly recommend wise owl school of yoga to any aspiring yoga teacher especially in these times where things are converting to a more digital space.
