As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.
Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

I began my yoga my 1st 200 hour with Powered by Yoga as much surprised as anyone could be. Me, a yoga teacher? WOW I have not stopped teaching since. Then 300 hour training, WOW x1000 If I ever doubted my dharma this class, teacher, and students alike helped and supported to see the light of my path. Every day I have yet to not have the Oh Yah, moment that does not reflect back to Crystal. Insight I gained as well as released was done only due to the love and support of both teachers and my fellow class mates. I now move forward with the accumalated support of Crystal, Terrri and my mates as together we will always be together in this amazing experience. The grace and knowledge provided by Crystal you can not put a price on. She does with not limits spreads the true Yoga as meant to be shared.

It was incredible how much content Crystal and Terri fit into this teacher training, and getting to "specialize" made the experience that much more special. "Be your own dawn" was truly the theme of this training; I felt myself "rise and shine" into my own essence as a teacher, and I got to watch some dear friends do the exact same. 10/10 would recommend. :-)

My trainings with Crystal are consistently focused on physical, mental, and emotional alignment. I choose trainings with Powered By Heart specifically for the integration of yoga, self study, and Lightyear Leadership principles. I love the conversational nature of PBH trainings. It facilitates a space of safety, honesty, and compassion we are emboldened to pursue when interacting with ourselves and each other.

She collaborates with other amazing teachers to insure that her students receive the education that they need to succeed. My time training with PowerPoint By Heart has been life changing.

Powered by Heart teacher training was a wonderful experience from day one to the end. Crystal communicated expectations from the very beginning and stayed true to her word throughout the whole process. She was very available to answer any questions and concerns. The support from the leader and the community that was built will be felt for a long time. I started teaching immediately after our training with confidence thanks to the education I gained. We were offered the history of yoga, several different types of yoga, how to connect with students, the business of yoga and the spiritual and I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend.

Crystal and Terri are amazing teachers. They both are passionate about yoga and meditation. The teaching was about all 8 limbs of yoga . I felt like it was very educational . I felt like I learned a variety of types of yoga, meditation, and breath work. I feel like moving forward I have a better understanding of where I want my education and career to go with this 200hr. program. Also, the support Powered By Heart Teachers continue to give after graduating is amazing . I don't feel alone in trying to figure out my next steps.

LOVED LOVED LOVED Powered by Heart. Crystal and Terri did a fantastic job through this training with all the obstacles we was faced with through Covid. This training was truly more than what I expected and I walked a way with so much through the process. This program was most definitely Powered By Heart and you will leave feeling empowered.
