Marda is a E-RYT 500 and has been teaching Power Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt for 13 years. Before moving to Evergreen Colorado in September 2018 she was the Yoga Manager at Greenwood Athletic Club for 5 years. Marda teaches in Evergreen, Colorado at True Yoga, Nicks Fitness and Gather Yoga.
After exploring many different schools of thought on Yoga with Weights she has created an Alignment Yoga Sculpting class format approved by Yoga Alliance a ACE and NASM/AFAA that gives participants the best use of their time incorporating combination exercises with the basis of Power Vinyasa postures. Strength and flexibility achieved through slow controlled movements. Marda is very passionate about the benefits of this format and invites you to come take her Alignment Yoga Sculpt to see how this is different then any other Yoga Sculpt format. Each Teacher Training provides participants with a manual that details how to create your own creative, effective Alignment Yoga Sculpt classes.
