Manouk is soo knowledgeable with all the topics on Yin, Restorative and Trauma Informed Yoga that the 30hrs went by soo fast! I wish it was longer, but this is also an opportunity for me to check out Manouk's other teacher trainings. Aside from her vast knowledge of the topics during the training, Manouk's gentleness, her ability to make us feel safe and drop in to the present moment made the whole experience worthwhile.

I highly recommend this course to everyone, including yoga teachers as well as complete beginners. Manouk is a very dedicated and professional yoga teacher with a strong focus on the mental and physical well-being of her students. The 2-day pranayama workshop was fun and insightful. We talked about the anatomy of breathing and the origin of pranayama and practiced various exercises. I especially enjoyed the breath centered movement practice. Thank you Manouk!
