Aggeliki Matopoulou is the first authorised Rocket Yoga teacher (200h) in Greece by David C.Kyle and she is the founder of Rocket Yoga Athens & Pratyahara Yoga Center. She is in the Yoga path since 2005. In the beggining she has been practicing Hatha, Anusara and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga then in January of 2011 she attended the 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher's Training program at Atmanasana Yoga Studio in Athens. In July of 2012 she traveled to Mysore, India, where she attended a second Hatha Yoga Teacher's Training 300hr at Yogadarshanam. In July of 2014 she went to Barcelona for a third Teacher's Training in Ashtranga Vinyasa 1st series & Rocket Yoga with David C.Kyle. In September of 2015 she attended a TTC in Ashtanga Vinyasa 2nd series in Athens with Manju P. Jois.In March of 2016 she returned to Barcelona to complete the first level of studies and take the authorisation in Rocket Vinyasa from David C.Kyle. In September of 2016 she attended a TTC in Ashtanga Vinyasa 1st series in Athens with Manju P. Jois. In July of 2017 she hosts in her school a Rocket TTC with David C.Kyle in which she was assistant teacher and she completed her authorisation in Rocket Vinyasa 200 hours.She studied yoga theory with Santhosh Kumar and Michalis Filinis, yoga anatomy with Vaso Kalabouka and she attended 3 prenatal yoga and kids yoga seminars . She also studied , Restorative Yoga, Partner Yoga, Kryias along with Santosh Kumar.She was practicing with Savvas Giantsis, and attented workshops with teachers as Laruga Glaser , Surinder Singh, Sofia Xiroturi and more. She is member of Yoga Alliance & Community of Yoga in Greece. Today she still evolves in the Yoga path by studying and practicing to become a more well rounded teacher and practitioner. She is teaching Rocket Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga , Prenatal Yoga and Restorative Yoga. She has the 1st degree of Reiki. Parallel action is a 15-year carrer in Theatre - Physical Theatre and Αcrobatic Stilts.
