Ioanna Stavropoulou is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga 200H TTC with a Registered Yoga School (RYS), at Hot Yoga Niko Geo, with teachers Niko Geo, Christina Sampani and Asimakis Faltakas. She has also completed a 50H Rocket Vinyasa TTC with Aggeliki Matopoulou, a 20H Injury Management TTC with PIinelopi Zirinopoulou - YogaWorks, a 10H Prenatal TTC with Maria Mouchtaridou and a 10H Nidra Yoga TTC with Maria Mouchtaridou.
