Angeliki's training on the Yoga path exceeds 800 hours. She has been an apprentice since 2005 and she is Reiki Master. She is the first authorized Rocket Vinyasa Yoga teacher in Greece by David C. Kyle and in 2014 she founded Rocket Yoga Athens as an effort to create the Rocket Yoga current in her country. In September 2018, the Pratyahara Yoga Center opened its own Yoga studio in Agia Paraskevi, Athens, where it is now the permanent headquarters of Rocket Yoga Athens. There, in addition to the daily practices of various Yoga styles (Hatha, Rocket Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal, etc.) there are Reiki sessions, Thai Massage as well as teacher trainings.

In detail: in January 2011 she attended at Atmanasana Yoga studio, her first training program for teachers, 200 hours, on Hatha Yoga and immediately started teaching successfully, as she already taught physical theater and acrobatics to actors and performers. Her need to delve deeper into Yoga led her to Mysore, India in July 2012, where she earned her second degree by attending the 300-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher's Training at Darshanam Yoga School. Two years later, as she became more involved in dynamic practices, in July 2014, she traveled to Barcelona to attend a training program on the Ashtanga Vinyasa 1st series & the Rocket Vinyasa. with David C.Kyle. Then, in September 2015, she attended a training program in Athens on the Ashtanga Vinyasa 2nd series with teacher Manju P. Joys, son of the founder of Ashtanga Vinyasa, S. Pattabhi Jois. In March 2016 she returned to Barcelona to complete her first level of teaching and was certified in Rocket Vinyasa Yoga by David C.Kyle. In September 2016 she attended again in Athens another educational program on the Ashtanga Vinyasa 1st series with teacher Manju P. Joys. In July 2017 Angeliki invited David C.Kyle in Athens, to give the first Rocket TTC that ever held in Greece in which she was her teacher's assistant, and certified by him as Senior Rocket Yoga Teacher. On April 2021 she completed her studies in Progressive Ashtanga & Rocket Vinyasa System (300h) obtaining the license to teach educational programs,teacher trainings, classes, retreats and workshops on Rocket Vinyasa & Progressive Ashtanga .

In February 2019 she had the good fortune to meet next to one of the greatest living Yoga teachers of our century, Dharma Mittra and to attend his classes for three days in London.

She taught philosophy of Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Partner Yoga, Kryias & Mudras by Santhosh Kumar, anatomy by Vasso Kalambouka, theory by Michalis Filinis. Apprenticed with Savvas Yantsis, attended 3 Yoga seminars for Pregnant & Kid's Yoga and workshops with Laruga Glaser, Sianna Sherman, Sofia Xirotyri, Surinder Singh and others. She is a certified teacher of Yoga Alliance and a member of the Yoga Association of Greece. She teaches Rocket Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal & kid's Yoga. He has taught at Yoga festivals and workshops and has given lectures and seminars at various schools.
