I am so grateful for the yoga teacher training I completed with Monique and Norbert. The 200hr Hatha flow training was an amazing experience. Before I even committed to the course, Monique and Norbert made time to connect and listen to what I wanted from the course and share the details and values of their training. On arrival they make you feel welcomed, safe, and supported, they’ve created a beautiful space for learning. There’s opportunity to connect with community and practice yoga in the most beautiful spots in nature. The training has an amazing quality to it and has been developed with care and love. Norbert and Monique share the teaching roles and are both passionate and wise teachers. We shared in home cooked lunches and dining out around the island; they were fantastic at listening to dietary requirements and finding what balance is best. I did this course wanting to learn more about yoga, and finished feeling like a confident teacher. My experience doing my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Monique and Norbert at Yellow Rock Yoga was nothing short of a dream... Monique and Norbert became my teachers as soon as I had relocated to Gozo, and I spent months practicing with them before deciding to embark on my teacher training. As soon as I found out I could train to be a Hatha Flow teacher together with them, it was obvious I'd be making this choice. I could complete my training on a one-on-one basis, spending lots of time with both teachers throughout the day, with lots of outdoor sessions in beautiful spots around Gozo. Both teachers supported me greatly during the process, and I always found a friendly and understanding face. The teaching practice literally began from day one, giving me lots of time to find my voice as a teacher and leading me to feel very well prepared for my exams at the end of my training. I'm eternally grateful for giving me the best possible experience during my 200-hour, and I can highly recommend both Monique and Norbert for all the work they do in the yoga sector <3 Full Review
