Hello there! My name is Sasha Vella, I'm 24 years old, and I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) residing on the island of Gozo, Malta. 

In my own journey, yoga helped me to connect with my body and still my mind, as well as supported me to work through physical trauma stored in the body. Having been a yoga practitioner for years, and noticing the changes it brought on in my own inner world and life, I followed my desire to share the power of yoga with everyone, through becoming a teacher myself. My 200-hour course was focused on Hatha Flow, combining styles of yoga which I'm quite fond of. I am also certified in guiding meditation and yoga nidra, as part of my teacher training. 

Within my role as a yoga teacher, I want to help people achieve this sense of unity between mind, body, and soul, so that we can collectively live a slower and more conscious life.
