This was a truly amazing experience! Bre and Flo created a wonderful program that I would highly recommend to anyone considering . They provided rich education and insight on their teaching practice,from how to teach a safe class, class format, breath-work, meditation, history of yoga,looking at the body through anatomy trains, and much more! We were given many opportunities to apply this learning over the course of the program. I left with a very holistic understanding of the body and how to best support my students. I originally signed up with the intent to take my yoga practice a step further but wasn’t sure if I was ready to teach. I left this program feeling fully prepared and confident to share this practice with others. Not only was the program amazing, but Bre and Flo are truly genuine human beings, I felt very supported by them throughout! And the location (Willka T’ika, Peru) was such a hidden gem. Practicing everyday in a beautiful studio surrounded by gardens, full of flowers, hummingbirds, and bees. Wow. Truly a once and a lifetime experience. So grateful to Bre and Flo and the beautiful Yoga community they brought together. Full Review

Such a beautiful, enriching and transformative experience. I learnt so much deep content, received so much care and love, met the most beautiful people, all this while the course staff maintained top notch professionalism, flexibility, kept introducing interesting activities and ways of teaching/learning as well has had superb logistics. I felt ready and confident to teach from the moment I received the certificate and i remain hungry to learn and grow more. Much love and gratitude. Full Review
