I am a certified RYT-200h yoga instructor Alumni from the Breathe and Flow academy and continuing my educational journey at Esti Or Yam's 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training where I am currently doing an internship, gaining further practical teaching experience.
Influenced by my wonderful teachers, my teaching style focuses on strong, mindful movement, incorporating all planes of movement. Through a non-harmful approach, I guide my students through a curious endless exploration of their bodies and minds. As a musician, I also like to enrich my classes with healing sounds and music.
In my yoga classes, expect engaging, safe and fun Vinyasa flows that will challenge you physically and mentally, and support you in harnessing the power of breathwork and meditation.
The main goals of my classes are to help you cultivating body awareness, developing a deeper connection with yourself, feeling comfortable in your bodies, and thus enhancing your overall wellbeing.
Yoga has helped me in dealing with personal discomforts in my body and mind and frankly, it has changed my life. I'm passionate about supporting others on this journey and sharing knowledge about this ancient practice which can profoundly transform our lives.
