I realized a 200 hours YTT at Loka Yoga school in April 2024, it was an amazing experience!! I was looking for a school that could deliver a high quality teaching, in a safe and friendly environment. Loka Yoga exceed all my expectations! The teachers are highly qualified, they share all their knowledge. Taryn, the lead teacher is brilliant, she has so much knowledge and experience, she answers all the possible questions, she is an incredible women, such an inspiration! The YTT is extremely well organized, everything is planned in order to learn as much as possible and in a way that your body and mind can adjust depending on how you feel. The venue is amazing! I learn so much and more than I thought possible. After 4 weeks, Loka Yoga gives you all the tools to become a Yoga teacher! Full Review
