As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.
Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

General Comments
I came into this yoga program through the online training during the pandemic. I was an 'experienced beginner', having practiced yoga for about 15 years and taken teacher trainings for yin, restorative, laughter, and sport yoga, but never a 200hr training. I chose the 'trauma informed yoga teacher' certification, which was very thorough and has helped me with my own practice. My Vinyasa Practice is a school I have and continue to recommend due to the diversity of perspectives, the thoroughness of the training material, the scientific approach to anatomy, and the affordability. I felt like I received so much more than I paid in tuition, including hours and hours of advanced lectures on every single sub-topic of yoga. I loved the lectures focusing on how to be an inclusive teacher for all races, abilities, ethnicities, genders, and body sizes. This school and the courses I have enrolled in have truly improved my life and I will always proudly share that I received my 200hr training from MVP.
