As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

MVP is a good option for practitioners who have yoga experience and couldn't afford or didn't have time for an in person certification program. They were supportive, kind, compassionate, quick to respond and had a wealth of information. I recommend a mentorship before, during or immediately after taking ANY online certification course as this will fill in what may be missed online. Even with in person programs, it is recommended to have at least a year of steady practice. With online, I encourage more. I think with any online course, it lacks the connection that you would have with an person mentor or other students assisting you with adjustments or bouncing around and generating ideas during philosophical discussions. I think for feedback, I would encourage more depth of info on cultural practices that yoga comes from/is related to and the Bhagavad-Gita. I think a philosophy group session a couple of times a month might be great to really drive home what separates yoga from western fitness.

The 200 hr YTT is a wonderful program which provides insights into different aspects of yoga (on & off the mat). The content is easily accessible and can be worked through at one's own pace. The lead trainers are very helpful and supportive and always available. The 200 hr YTT helped me to incorporate yoga into my daily life and provided powerful tools to create varied and safe classes for my students. After completing the 200 hr YTT I enrolled for the Pranayama and Meditation Certification to continue learning and my journey with MVP. Thank you MVP for this life-changing experience.

I would highly recommend MVP to anyone interested in yoga teacher training. I completed the 300 hr training and the only thing I really missed from an in-person training was the bonding of the class. The training was in-depth, there are lots of opportunities to explore different aspects and modalities of yoga, and support was there if I ever needed it.

I would highly recommend My Vinyasa Practice. It is a very well rounded program. Not only do they maintain the integrity of yogic philosophy, but also yoga asana from an anatomical perspective with focus on alignment and body awareness. I have and will continue to pursue continuing education classes with MVP.

I enjoyed this course, it was more involved to obtain the credential than I anticipated; however, I am a better practitioner having done so.

I really liked this training. I appreciated that it was all online and I could self-pace. I learned a ton, and more importantly, learned where I'd like to go deeper in my future studies. I'll continue to reference all my training materials and tune in for future Learning Lab work. Thank you MVP!
