As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.
Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

オンラインでの受講でしたが、フォローがとても手厚く安心して学ぶことができました。先生と生徒の距離感がちょうど良く、また、生徒同士の関わりも適度にあり、みんなで楽しみながら学んでいく。という空気感がとても良かったです。YOGAFORLIFEで学ぶことができて本当に良かったです。引き続き、学ばせてもらいたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The YogaForLife program is very well organized and the instructor's knowledge and teaching skills are excellent. There are a lot of interactive classes on Zoom, students are able to encourage each other. It is an Online course, but teachers are quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend it to any prospective yoga instructor.

Yoga For Lifeでは仕事や学校など限られた時間しか無くても、自分のペースでヨガの座学やアーサナなどのライブレッスン、アーカイブ動画でしっかりと学び進めることが出来ました。オンラインコミュニティーで他の生徒さんの意見を見れたり、先生方と意見交換もできる場があったので、仕事があるから、対面ではないから、なかなか質問が出来ないという事はありませんでした。個人的には、直接人にヨガを教えてみる課題が、実践的で教える側としての緊張感もあり良いなと思いました。ただ座って学ぶだけでは無く、自分でクラスを考えて、教える楽しさと難しさを学ばせて頂き、ヨガ講師として生徒さんの体や心がリラックス出来る、寄り添えるようなレッスンをして頑張っていきたいなと思いました。色々な学校があると思いますが、私はこのYoga For Lifeで学ぶことが出来て良かったです。

The school offers not only online classes but also on-site trainings, which heleped me understand more about alignment, adjust, and teaching merhod. Teachers are very helpful and ready to answer questions anytime.
