What a time. The days of a month flew by before even realizing, sourrounded by amazing classmates, teacher, cooks, souls living their life in different ways around the ashram. With many and no expectations at all, Samyak has managed to surprise me and guide me through a beautiful journey made of different flows, in the studio and outside. Around me and within. I want to express my deepest gratitude for this experience and the warmth that it brought me with honest smiles, inspiring conversations and a lot of knowledge I wish to bring with me in my next steps. A great place to start, a great place to build strong bases for everything that may come afterwards. A big thank you to Rakesh, with its humor and wisdom. Stay humble, stay Rakesh as you are and keep spreading love in your bit. Thanks to your daughters and the kids we've met there, you all brought us joy and playfulness. Thank you Meghana for the personal, close encounter we had and for the help, it was meaningful to have had someone so far from home making me feel safe and understood. Thank you Sidduh for the patience and kindness, for the push and trust. Thank you Nageendra for waking us with your enchanting notes and contagious laughter. Thank you Kamaal for the football games and the deep knowledge. Thanks to each of my classmates and new friends for sharing bits of you during this time and for holding together through the ups and downs of an intense month. I'll remember with a smile our dances, our walks and talks, the singing, the stories and all that has been. Good luck to each of you for this great adventure that is awaiting us everyday. Hugs from Wien Marta

Authenticity of the training, knowledge & dedication of the teachers, course content, scenic location and the humble attitude of everyone at the School makes it worthy of a recommendation! If you have a hunger to learn, transform and venture deeper into Yoga and spirituality, then Samyak is the place to be! For non-Indians, Samyak can be a great doorway to live and understand the Indian culture, its deep-rooted traditions while relishing its simplicity and warmth of being part of one big family!

Samyak Yoga exceeded my expectations in every way. Each teacher was personable, helpful and inspirational. It was not only a yoga teacher training but a personal and spiritual growth experience that I will always remember and carry along with me in my yoga journey. I highly recommend Samyak Yoga for your teacher training experience.

Samyak is the best school I could have chosen for my 200hs. I researched it for a very long time and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for : a true immersion to Yoga. We lived all together in the Ashram that is located near a beautiful river : peace n quiet guaranteed. The number of students in each class is quite small allowing us to really get to know eachother n feel like a big family. The teachers knew our names n understood our needs since the very first day! We had amazing Philosophy classes with Rakesh (an extremely knowledgeabe and clever person). I also loved the fact that we started teaching small sequences since day 2. That gave us a lot of confidence and helped us teach proper good classes by the end of the course. I also really liked the fact that Asana clinics were given a lot of importance,we really took time to understand each asana and how to teach it safely to students with defferent bodies n levels. Big thumbs up to meditation classes by the river, group mantra chanting every evening, amazing meals n maaany birthday songs! All in all the vibes of the place and the teachers are amazing. You'll leave the place feeling confident and in peace. Thank you Samyak family!

It was a few years ago now but my memories of the training are very fond. The teachers were extremely knowledgeable and were always available to answer students questions. The community was very helpful. Learning was interactive and I still use the resources to this day. I feel like if / when I go to Mysore I have a yoga family .
