RYOGA was created to offer a guest focused approach to yoga in an ‘all are welcome’ environment.
At the center of this environment is an abundance of classes offered by the industry’s best teachers. These classes are surrounded by spa-like amenities and lounges and services such as wellness and ayurvedic counselling; all working to create an unique experience, a sense of local community and healthy lifestyle.

Our purpose

To make Rome Om.

Our promise

To provide an environment centered on wellness, committed to quality and rooted in community.

RYOGA is a state of the art environmentally conscious yoga center that offers yoga in all its forms and for all levels. Our center is the largest in Italy featuring adaptable yoga studios, spacious lounging areas, and well-appointed change rooms for men and women.

RYOGA offers a stimulating program of over 300 classes per week that will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as nurture a special mind-body connection. So whether you are just starting or continuing to explore all that yoga has to offer, our daily schedule will make your journey easy and accommodating.

Our Yoga classes go from Ashtanga to Yin with Hot Yoga, Hatha, Meditation, Restorative, and Vinyasa in between. Also many of our non-hot classes will incorporate our Iyengar inspired Yoga Wall, which will help yoga practitioners of all levels achieve their next level of mind-body tranquility and natural health.

While classes will differ in style and moderation, with regular practice we will help you improve your body image, reduce stress, control weight, detoxify, relieve chronic pain, and improve skin tone from the inside out. Consider our yoga experience as a self-administered and affordable spa session!

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

The teacher who took the course was amazing, full of life to give and I am very grateful to her for everything she taught me. The studio is beautiful and perfect for a teacher course. Special Thanks to Vania Ybarra and to Ryoga Academy.
