I am so glad I found the YTT program at extendYoga! I was drawn to this program and studio because the curriculum is comprehensive, their teachers are experienced, knowledgeable, and supportive, and their community is welcoming. The fact that DEI training is included in the curriculum, along with history, philosophy, styles of yoga, meditation, anatomy, and teaching techniques, was also a huge draw. They had us practice teaching the first weekend, which was a little intimidating, but also so very effective in our training. I would choose extendYoga all over again and again to do my yoga teacher training! Full Review
