As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.
Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

I had an amazing experience with The Yogi Club and Blue Osa and would highly recommend it. The program was thoughtful and intentional. It deeply expanded my knowledge of yoga, anatomy, and myself.

I had an amazing experience at Blue Osa with Yogi Aaron. We learned so much more beyond asanas. Yogi Aaron teaches in a way that is understandable and applicable in yoga and life. AYAMA yoga has enhanced my wellbeing and my practice. I look forward to going back and learning more! Just as importantly I feel ready to teach.

I especially recommend a YTT200 through Blue Osa to those who can't travel long durations. I'm a mother of toddlers and being away from them for a month (like most programs) was absolutely not feasible. Two weeks was doable. Thanks to Blue Osa, my goal of becoming a yoga instructor was made possible. There could not be a better staff, everyone there is genuine and amazing. Blue Osa is serene, booking was simple, and I found accommodations to be perfect. As an Eco Resort, it was surprisingly comfortable. Being off the grid provided a restorative and simplistic experience. I did not find myself missing air conditioning or long showers. It was good to connect with nature in ways we have gotten away from when living with modern amenities. The farm to table food was delightful and even with vegetarian meals I never found myself hungry. I left there feeling the healthiest I have ever felt. The online availability to the course materials before and after the 2 weeks at Blue Osa is an incredible gift. Yogi Aaron's program focuses heavily on anatomy and Muscle Activation Techniques and for this reason I consider Aaron's program to be superior to others regarding asana practice and teaching methods. My mind was blown but this new perspective in asana approach and injuries I've dealt with for years were suddenly fixed through MAT application in yoga. This sounds too good to be true, I know, I was skeptical until I experienced it first hand. Seriously, do it! I would like a more feminist perspective regarding yoga philosophy, but this is my only complaint and I have already recommended Blue Osa to others and would like to return again in the future.

The 14 day immersion 200 hour YTT at Blue Osa provided me with the toolbox and confidence to start teaching immediately. I would highly recommend this to any yogi out there who is looking to grow and expand their knowledge of yoga, as well as those who yearn to teach.

The 200 Hrs TTC at Blue Osa with Yogi Aaron has been eyeopening to me. I have had a deep immersion into the AYAMA way of teaching and gained so much more of awareness in terms of how I can improve my range of motion, muscle function, as well as gain stability and inner strengths on the long run and therefore prevent injuries and pain. Additionally I have learnt a lot about Meditation, Kapalabhati, Kryas, Sutras, as well as Mantras and Asanas. I have now a broad understanding of what Yoga philosophy really means and where it comes from. Thank you to every contributor and especially Yogi Aaron for supporting me on the Yoga path and showing me a different perspective towards life. My aim now is to pass down the knowledge to friends and family first, learn more about AYAMA through my own practice and then start teaching classes.

I cannot recommend Blue Osa's 200 hour YTT enough. The immersive experience was one of a kind. Each day had a structured routine which made the days predictable and comfortable. There was a nice break in the afternoons which allowed for beach, pool, spa, or nap time. The online portion of the lessons were thorough and made it easy to go back and revisit if a question came up. The books were also informative and helpful. The in-person lessons included so much information - I'm still processing it all! The yoga classes were nice and varied (different styles and focuses) and really emphasized the importance of the intentions. Last but not least, the food was excellent. If you're curious about what you'll be eating, they have cookbooks you can purchase with recipes straight from the kitchen. I'm dreaming about that peanut butter brownie and the fresh pineapple was amazing. Overall, highly recommend!

I can't say enough positive things about Blue Osa! Words could never describe my experience. It was a truly transformative, life altering experience that I am so grateful for. There's not a day that goes by that I don't practice and think about my teachers Yogi Aaron and Karina. I would highly recommend training at Blue Osa! Love, Love, Love! Carmella Dixon
