About Oceanic Yoga International

Oceanic Yoga is registered by Yoga Alliance USA. We offer 200hours and 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow Yoga in Goa, India and Rishikesh, India. All our national and international teachers are qualified and certified experienced RYT 500, E - RYT500. We believe yoga and meditation is a philosophy of life, a path for relaxation, happiness and transformation. We share what we know but the most important we guide you for your own experience. Yoga and meditation are not to be used as a means of escape, but as a practice or a form of direct focus on the moment, the present. We live daily by our present moment. This is what we want to transmit to our students. We are here to teach and assist you for the courses and classes..
Our Goa Campus is equipped with Ayurvedic Massage and Yoga Retreat facilities.

The way of Oceanic Yoga prepares the teachers for their practice is extremely professional. I appreciate their enthusiasm and passion. Also the close, almost individual approach to each student is very supportive.
