Blooming Lotus Yoga offers an evolutionary integration of the the wisdom of yoga, tantra and vedanta on the gorgeous tropical island of Bali, Indonesia.   Our yoga teacher training courses in Ubud, Bali offer students an ideal and peaceful natural setting from which they may dive deep within and allow the yogi or yogini within to awaken, and teach yoga from the intuitive Heart.

We offer an integrative approach to yoga asana that encompasses the hatha, vinyasa, power, restorative and yin styles.

The Blooming Lotus Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali have 2 central components.  The first is in learning exactly how to teach a yoga class skillfully, safely and compassionately to others.  While the second component is focused on the personal transformation of each and every student into a real yogi or yogini capable of living yoga and transmitting its essence to their greatest capacity.

Through the daily group yoga classes, in-depth asana study, practicums, questions and answers and homework you will receive all that you need to safely, confidently and lovingly teach a yoga asana class. Yet, being a real yoga teacher is so much more than intellectually understanding yoga asanas and demonstrating how to perform them to others.  To truly teach Yoga you must connect to your inner most Self, in the Heart, and from this place of stillness, balance, openness and love share the wisdom of Unity.

Connecting within and finding the voice of the intuitive Heart is central to being a great yoga teacher.  More than just giving suggestions on how to stretch this or twist that, when you learn how to teach yoga from the Heart your entire countenance radiates the peace you have found within, through your own practice.  Knowingly or unknowingly it is this inner peace that all your students will come to you for.  This peace cannot truly be taught to others, all that you can do is emanate the Light within and show people the way to purify their bodies and minds so that they too can taste the nectar of the Divine Love within.

The other central component of this most unique yoga retreat Bali has to offer is the natural unfoldment of each individual’s spiritual path.  Yoga is universal and beyond religions, dogmas and belief systems.  As such, through the study of its ancient precepts and adaptation of its principles into our modern life each student begins to discover the inner yogi or yogini within themselves.

Throughout the course we focalize out study of yoga philosophy in the classical yogic tradition, which has proven effective for thousands of years at liberating the Hearts and minds of its practitioners.  This living wisdom tradition shows us how to find our path, what obstacles are on the way, how to deal with them, how to embody Yoga to the fullest potential we can and clearly shows the way to the aim of yoga practice which is total and complete freedom.

Deeply grounded in the yoga tradition our courses are designed to empower you with all the tools, techniques and practices necessary to become the best teacher your can be.
