As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

  This school is so warm that it accompanies the hearts of the students. She taught me not only the important things to become a yoga teacher,but also how to live as a human being. When I get the chance to learn again, I will choose this school again. I am very greatfuil to have come across this scool.

  The lead teacher has full of passion towards Yoga and also has sufficient knowledge and experience. Her personality also very attractive which motivate us to learn Yoga deeper.

  ヨガのポーズを深めてみたいと思い、ほぼ初心者で飛び込みました。プログラムでは、ポーズももちろん勉強になりましたが、それ以上に普段の心使いや日常の在り方、ヨガ哲学を先生から学べた事が、私のこれからの人生において強烈に学びの深いものになりました。 子どもが側にいて、泣いたり騒いだりしてしまっても、無理をしたり怒ったりしてその場を納めたりするのではなく、子どもの気持ちに寄り添いながら子どもの気持ちが落ち着いていく経験や、時には自分の気持ちを上手にコントロールしながら諦めたり手放したりすることの重要性など、子育てに対する気持ちまでもガラッと180度変わるという経験をさせていただきました。 このプログラムの学びの期間で、自分の身体の変化も嬉しかったですが、それ以上に自分の心の変化と共に見られる子ども達や家族の変化までも感じられた事が、本当に不思議でしたし感動が大きかったです。最初は子どもが３人もいながら飛び込むなんてどうなってしまうのか不安しかありませんでしたが、先生のお陰でこんなにも穏やかな気持ちでプログラムを終了する事ができ、更には日々の生活、子育て、人間関係にまで及ぶ人生観を変えてもらう事ができ、あの時コースを受けよう！と勇気を振り絞った自分に本当によくやった！！と伝えたい気持ちでいっぱいです。 のりこ先生には感謝しかありません。素敵な時間を本当にありがとうございました。
