As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.
Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

Casa Firefly is a mini paradise complete with a lovely dog and even a resident mama sloth. Sacred Journeys is an excellent school for anyone looking to expand their yoga practice.

Stacy, her husband Marc, our chef, Emma, and our teachers Michelle and Sarah were each very knowledgable and supportive throughout the entire training. I always felt comfortable and had the experience of a lifetime during my training with Sacred Journeys and my stay at Casa Firefly. Emma is an amazing chef and I looked forward to every single meal. I would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to take time away to deepen their yoga practice and expand upon their teaching and philosophy of yoga. The beautiful property and location simply added to and complemented the entire experience. I hope to return in the future.

My time at Sacred Journeys Yoga truly changed my life, it was the most profound experience and taught me so much about myself as well as the practice of Yoga in its many forms. I would recommend the teacher training here to anyone interested in deepening their practice and deepening their connection to self. Stacey really provides and holds space for each individual student during the training and guides you in the most supportive yet liberating way. From the nourishing home cooked meals catered to by Emma, the environment at Casa Firefly on the beautiful Caribbean coast of Costa Rica to the beautiful community you become a lifetime member in, it's an immersive journey I'll never forget and couldn't recommend enough
