Having travelled the world learning from many great teachers, Namit and his wife Maru realised that they wanted to create a yoga retreat that was a home from home: A place of solace where people could come and enjoy learning all about yoga - the postures, breathing exercises, meditation and healthy diet - in the beauty of nature: Yoga Sutra Shala.
