As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.
Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

My experience with Aadi Yoga School was great. The content of the course is spot-on, I gained a lot of knowledge on anatomy, philosophy, alignment, and not only Asana but also meditation and pranayama. I gained confidence in myself to lead and instruct a class and speak in front of others, not only speaking but also chanting. The quality of teachers is amazing and they created a very safe space for us. I am truly happy I decided to choose Aadi Yoga and I would not have changed anything regarding the content and quality of the course's syllabus and teachers.

Learning the philosophy in the holy land of Rishikesh was an amazing experience. All the teachers were professional and highly knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and offered all the basic needs needed. The vegetarian food was highly nutritional and filling. I felt very safe at all times. The administration and all the staff were extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had through out my stay there.

I had a great experience in Aadi Yoga School, in my opinion the training was very complete and it had all important yoga subjects for a 200h training. The teachers were really good and talented, giving the best of them in every class to give the students a real perspective and learning of yoga. I think the best choice is to do a training like this in India, specially in Rishikesh, called ''the yoga capital of the world'' and I couldn't be happier of choosing Aadi Yoga School for my first training. Also they teach aerial yoga which is a discipline I love so much. I miss my teachers so much. I will remember them and this experience for the rest of my life.
