MINIMAL YOGA® is Berlin’s first cross-border yoga style and school. You can find us in Larnaca on Cyprus and in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.
We base and shape our programs on the actual research-based knowledge and a non-dogmatic, multidisciplinary approach. MINIMAL YOGA® is a well-thought-out method that cultivates contextual way of thinking about body and mind within society, with great consideration given to physiology, anatomy and biomechanics of motion. Our perspectives on yogic traditions, histores, mythologies and philosophies are secular, well-informed and critical.
To keep high-quality standards our courses are conducted in small groups. The accent is set on well-structured and systematic transfer of knowledge and stimulation of independent, inquiry and research oriented mindset.
We foster cooperative, comparative and non-competitive approach, critical and non-judgemental thinking as well as respectfull and appreciative attitude towards oneself and the others.
Furthermore we consider it important to be focused, competent and deliberate, as well as to be friendly, helpful and relaxed in order to keep us sane and healthy along the way.
