This advanced level training will allow space for the yoga lover to deepen their practice, knowledge of the body and teaching ability. With a strong emphasis on anatomy & alignment, graduates will come away with a better understanding of how the body moves and functions, to best help others.

Deeply influenced by Ashtanga and Iyengar practices, this training will also include a deep emphasis of Yin yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra to balance the body and mind. With an influence of shamanism & Ayurvedic practices, students will learn the importance of ceremony, cacao, and daily rituals.

Located in a neighborhood studio, his training allows students to integrate their skills into practice over the span of the 7- month, weekend format. During the duration of the training students will have access to free classes at Wildflowers Yoga Studio, and will be encouraged to use their learned skills to teach community classes to hone their skills of how to teach yoga for all abilities.

Whether you are a seasoned teacher or you are looking to be re-inspired in your own practice, we invite you to embark on this life-changing journey of growth and learning.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
