As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

  Sama Yoga Academy is an incredible place to learn and I am truly so grateful for my experience there. Not only was my cohort of all women so great to learn with, but Rebekah and Angie were kind, confident, inspiring mentors who I know will be there for me for years to come. I could not recommend Sama enough; I am lucky to have gone there.

  Sama is an amazing studio for showing up as your most authentic self. It's safe and nurturing and everything yoga is supposed to be. Cannot say enough about this special community.

  Sama Yoga Academy was the best choice I could have made for my 200-hour training. I felt completely supported all the way through the training and beyond, and appreciated how much care and intention went into everything we learned.   I took the Sama Yoga Academy 200hr YTT in spring and it has been life changing for me. Rebekah and Angie have been incredibly supportive and are knowledgable, warm and generous about sharing their knowledge and supporting their students well beyond graduation.
