  • o5:30 Am : Wake Up
  • 6:00:06:30 : Shatkarma
  • 6:30-7:00 AM: Morning meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • 7:00-8:30 AM: Asana practice (physical postures)
  • 8:00-9:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM-10:00 PM: Yoga Anatomy
  • 10:00 AM-11:00 PM: Yoga Philosphy
  • 12:00-1:00 PM: Lunch
  • 3:00-4:00 PM: Adjustments and hands-on assists workshop
  • 4:00-6:00 PM: Asana practice
  • 7:00-8:00 PM: Dinner
  • Online Yoga Teacher Training Course

    Online yoga TTC will cover of yoga teacher training that includes

    The practice of Hatha yoga posture, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga philosophy, Yoga anatomy.

    When you complete your Online Yoga TTC program You are eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as RYT 200

    YTTC Certification: After Online exam we will Provide Yoga Alliance RYT200 Certificate
