As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

Highly recommended. The online 200h YTT offered by Arohan Yoga School is the perfect solution if you are a full-time worker and you have the desire to do your YTT while working. What I loved about the school os the expertise of the teachers and their passionate way of teaching. It's remote yes, but you won't feel it. Thank you Arohan Yoga for the unique experience.

If you are looking for a 200h online teacher training AND you have 25 days to spare AND you can participate in live sessions for at least 5 hours a day (except Sunday) AND you would want to get an insight into three different yoga styles – THEN Arohan Yoga is your choice. This is why: 1) live classes: except one of the theoretical parts (either philosophy ore anatomy) everything is live. This is a big advantage compared to other online yoga TTCs. The relationship between student, teachers and class-mates is wonderful and motivating. You get to know great people from all over the world and you'll learn that good people are everywhere. It is so interesting to chat with your teachers and class-mates. The teachers will stay your teachers for the rest of your yoga-life ;o) There is one prerecorded theory session, but you can always use the second live theory session to talk about the contents and ask your questions. It is also possible to do it as self-paced training, but it would be a pity not to do it live 2) Arohan Yoga has great teachers. They are able to motivate you in a way that you suddenly don't want to miss a lesson and you want them to be pleased with your performance. We had a Yin teacher by the name of Melmar - she is such a nice person and she made Yin Yoga one of my favorite things to do. Then there is Vikas, who teaches Hata Yoga. He also is great. I loved especially his Mantra chanting and he would make sure you are doing the poses correctly at all times. He always goes into what is important for you. And he simply is a nice person who wants to spread the word about yoga and what it can do for the world. Number three is Ravi - he is the Ashtanga teacher. He would also make a good drill instructor ;-) But a friendly one. He also manages to motivate you in such a way that you are happy to endure the relatively strenuous Ashtanga lessons... And last but not least - there is Neeraj, who is driving all this. He can be described as an idealist who wants to bring yoga to the world. This story will describe him: I wanted to pay the same amount again after the training because I think the 200h TTC is offered way too cheap. But he didn't accept any money, but asked me to donate it to good causes in India. That I did. 3) Every day except Sunday there will be a Hata, Ashtanga and Yin lesson for ~90 minutes each, plus a theory session afterwards. You get insight into three important Yoga styles plus Philosophy, Pranajama, Cleansing Techniques and much more.

I recently completed my 200hr YTT with Arohan Yoga. The course was very well-structured and comprehensive - you get to learn Hatha, Yin and Ashtanga yoga, each taught by very experienced yogi masters. The teachers were very encouraging and patient to answer any questions or doubts you have. They were very meticulous in their guidance during the live sessions conducted via Zoom. I would recommend Arohan Yoga to anyone who would like to deepen their yoga practice before embarking on their own teaching journey.

Thank you Arohan team for giving me / so many others the opportunity to GROW! Growing in terms of experience, philosophy, anatomy input, insights in different yoga styles and creating a surrounding in which we could thrive together. The place- absolutely beautiful. The habitations in ashram and villa, the rooftops and yoga halls, garden area, Ganga Beach, everything we needed was there. The best was the view on the Ganga and that it was not in the crowded part of rishikesh. Peaceful and quite -right environment to learn, practice yoga and meditate. And the best neighbour's inclusive - AJ and VJ we love you! ;) The food was super delicious. Even the dirty clothes are being washed regularly. The weekend and extra activities like massage and ayurvedic doctor also fantastic! The teachers - amazing! Everyone with his own special and authentic personality and teaching style. Answering all the questions, staying even longer until everything was clear. Thanks neeraj for your patience, fairness, clear instructions and your support at any time!!! Ravi for making me love Ashtanga, for making us sweat and enjoy practice even though 108 sunsalutations and some asanas are quite challenging ;) Saajan for your nice way of teaching us so many tough philosophical topics and Sanskrit in such an interesting way, with stories and real life connections. Vikas thanks so much for your happy energy, the extra time you invested to teach us more and the special cleaning techniques you showed us. Ratings Overall impression Perfect Accommodation & facilities Perfect Food Perfect Location Perfect Value for money Perfect Quality of activity Perfect

I just finished 200-hr YTTC with Arohan Yoga in April 2021 and I am so happy that I chose this school for my training. All my teachers Vikas, Ravi, Melmar, and Neeraj were very kind and knowledgeable. The classes were rich in practice and contents. By the end of the course, I could feel major improvements in my yoga asanas and I learnt so much about the practice and its related topics (e.g. anatomy, philosophy, breathing techniques). Overall, the course definitely worths a lot more than their surprisingly economical tuition fee. This is a hidden gem!

I was lucky enough to benefit from quality education, be it iyengar, Ashtanga, Ayurveda. Therapeutic yoga global approach. With my Iyengar practice experience since 15 years ago, I am ready to teach and pass with my knowledge, my passion.

Doing my yoga teacher training course in Arohan Yoga School has been by far one of the best decisions I have made. I Dont think I can even write down how much this course has meant to me, thanks to them and all of the lovely people that are part of the team. I will definitely come back as soon as I have a chance to. I feel that part of my heart and my home will always be in that magical place... They made it feel that way. Thank you!!!
