A year abroad in India (10 years ago) introduced me to yoga and immediately fascinated me. Since then I have been taking many yoga classes in different styles, with a special preference for Ashtanga Vinyasa. 

I completed my 200h yoga teacher training in Hatha, Yin and Ashtanga Vinyasa. My own practice is very much based on flowing movements with a connected focus on breathing.

Vera Colditz is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
