I'm Alice, a life purpose enthusiast loving the journey, "raising the vibration" within myself, knowing that my part in doing the work influences the collective consciousness. As a guide, I teach people how to tap into their healing abilities as Master Physicians to awaken the soul space and to get out of the head space. Teaching others how to navigate through anxiety, depression or whatever energetic anchor is cutting off their direct line to the heart of who they really are, as they tap into their ideas, visions and gifts etched in the soul. It's all about remembering.
My BodYoga Sangha was planted 11 years ago with a heart centered wellness team and students that truly has made an impact in the community. Before MYB was born, it was nestled along the Occoquan River in VA for 5 years as My BodYoga Spa, the first Yoga Wellness Center planted in all of Woodbridge & Historic Occoquan, from first teaching yoga classes in my home with the community while my kids were little watching mom, live her dream to help others.
The countless teachers who guided, mentored and continue to inspire me on my journey, have shown me many ways, so I now share the gift of wellness with others is always evolving. Exploring and training in a plethora of Healing Arts, which began in 1987. Practicing as a Massage Therapist since 1993, yoga since the 90's starting my yoga teaching journey at Kripalu in the Berkshires of Massachusetts about 20+ years ago. I'm an Advanced 500 RYT Yoga Teacher, trained with the Nexus Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica, Reiki Master/Teacher trained in the Japanese Healing Art of Usui Shiki Ryoho and Reiki, Guided Imagery Meditation Educator & Integrative Life Coach with a plethora of holistic modalities I've trained and have experience over 27+ years. I get lost in quantum physics, bridging science and spirituality together, philosophical talk and anatomy and physiology is beyond exciting to me.
