The journey took root practicing meditation at a Buddhist Peace Pagoda, in her hometown. Exploring and training in a plethora of Healing Arts, which began in 1987. Practicing as a Massage Therapist since 1993, yoga since the 90's starting her yoga teaching journey at Kripalu in the Berkshires of Massachusetts about 20 years ago, an Advanced 500 RYT Yoga Teacher with Nexus Institute in Costa Rica, Reiki Master trained in the Japanese Healing Art of Usui Shiki Ryoho and Reiki Teacher, Ayurveda & Guided Imagery Meditation Educator & Integrative Life Coach and a plethora of holistic modalities for 30 years.
Her integrative life coaching supports guidance and growth. She will guide you into the awakening of your soul space and out of your head space. She has had countless teachers who guided, mentored and inspired Alice on her journey, now sharing the gift of wellness with others.
Her vision to create My BodYoga opened the doors for community to cultivate silence & explore the "quiet between the noise" in our busy world with an archeologist approach to digging deep into discovering authentic self, purpose and passion for raising the vibration on the planet.
Dabbling in herbs, oils & meditation in the mid-80's determined to find natural ways to heal from an intense anxiety order, pain and loss which led her on this path to self-discovery.
Three decades into a holistic lifestyle, and the excitement is still thriving. All her research to heal thy self, allowed her to blossom in many ways, in perfect timing learning that pain was her greatest teacher and bliss is just one breath away.
