Iva Drtina Hall is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher who has been teaching since 2002. She is also an Ayurvedic specialist, leading Yoga and Ayurveda retreats in Kerala, India every year in March. She integrates the East and West mindset into her practices and guides people to transform. She teaches not only locally in Austin Texas, but as well on international teacher trainings with an emphasis on Yin and Yang yoga. She offers Yin + Restorative Trainings with Shanti Kelly . She offers Yin + Soundbath events monthly with Danielle Goldfarb. She hosts Yoga and Ayurveda retreats in India, Japan, Hawaii and Bali.
