Kristyna is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 500) with Yoga Alliance and a Yoga Therapy student (recognized by IAYT).
Hatha Yoga Teacher - appart from active styles (like Vinyasa, Viniyoga, Gentle Yoga, ...) she teaches also Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga and includes her gained Ayurvedic knowledge into the classes. Kristyna entered the last module of Practice School of Yoga Therapy - 1000 hour Yoga Therapy Program and became officially Yoga Therapy Intern.
