About Stefani Wilton

Stefani Wilton is a yoga teacher based out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The creatrix of Embodiment Yoga™, Stefani draws from her 20 years of teaching yin, restorative and vinyasa flow yoga with her unique signature trauma respectful approach. Passionate about inspiring and supporting womxn in reclamation, transformation and resilience, Stefani offers Embodiment Yoga™ classes, workshops and teacher training at the 200 and 300 hour levels. A registered Massage Therapist and Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, Stefani provides private sessions and a training in Thai Yoga Massage and Restorative Yoga. A mother herself, one of her greatest joys is to support women during their child bearing years through the process of pregnancy, birth and beyond. 

Stefani attended her first yoga teacher training in 2001 and has been committed to continually learning and growing in her personal practice ever since. Interested in the feminine side of yoga, Stefani's heart for facilitating ease and finding flow has inspired her to study meditation, philosophy, Adaptive Yoga + Anusara, Vinyasa Flow (Viniyoga inspired) and Thai Massage. She is grateful to have the privilege of studying with teachers Jack Kornfield, Robin Rothenburg, Karen Claffey, Michelle Cormack, Lucile Palencher and Remco. 

Stefani facilitates trainings Internationally and in the Rocky Mountains.
