Stefani Wilton is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist and senior yoga teacher (E-RYT500) who has been in service to her community since 2001. The founder of Mandorla Yoga Institute and the creator of Embodiment Yoga and Somatic Yoga Therapy, Stefani draws from her personal experience as a neurodivergent individual with a history of trauma and her over 22 years of facilitating somatic yoga experiences. Stefani is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT 2200 hrs) and a certified Integrative Somatic Therapy Practitioner. She was also trained in Thai Yoga Massage in Northern Thailand. 

A skilled educator and community builder, Stefani teaches and facilitates training internationally and throughout Canada. She is on the faculty of the Integrative Somatic Studies Institute as a lead facilitator in their level 2 Somatic Therapy Practitioner Training and is known as a mentor to yoga teachers and a thoughtful wisdom holder. She is adept at creating neurodivergent-affirming spaces for learning and growth.
