Natasha's diverse yoga teacher training includes Transformative Yoga, Hot Yoga, Astanga Vinyasa, Trauma-sensitive yoga and Yin. In India, she studied Vinyasa Krama Yoga, a system for spiritual and physical development. along with the Yoga Sutras and Samkhya Karika, the earliest surviving text of the Samkhya school of philosophy. Living in several different countries around the world as a child and adult led Natasha to search for stability within herself. This search took her through a Bsc. Psychology/ Physiology, acting, writing and teaching. She combines her science background and creativity to facilitate the development of her students.
