About Stephanie A Jones

Stephanie Alice Jones first discovered yoga in 1994.  After several years of casual study, she began to practice seriously in 2004.  In 2006, Stephanie completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training through IYT with Joseph and Lillian LePage.  In addition, Stephanie has over 200 additional hours of yoga training spanning a wide range of specialties including yin and restorative yoga, yoga for children, trauma-sensitive yoga and yoga for mental health, Ayurvedic Yoga, and yoga dance.

Stephanie loves to share her passion for yoga with others, and strives to constantly grow as a student and teacher through daily practice.  She is also an avid dancer, primarily focusing on modern dance, belly dance, and conscious dance practices.  When she is not practicing yoga or dancing, you can usually find Stephanie in a garden, in the water, spending time with her partner George and their cats, reading, or knitting.

Stephanie teaches Integrative, Yin, and Restorative Yoga classes, as well as private sessions and workshops, in and around Rutland, Vermont.
