Erica Wall is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She also works as a Registered Nurse (RN), and is trained as a Reiki, Level 1 practitioner. She loves all methods of body work, and feels it is fundamental in the path to mending the mind and body.
