Glenda is an experienced yoga teacher with over a decade of teaching experience and 30 years of personal practice in a variety of different styles of yoga.
Her teaching style is accessible and often focused on down-regulating our nervous system so we may expand our capacity to thrive in the world. She enjoys creating classes based on a theme that can support our self-awareness and encourage curiosity and compassion.
She is also a registered psychotherapist in Ontario and works in private practice focused primarily on grief and trauma. Her workshops and learning opportunities focus on the combination of psychotherapy, applied polyvagal theory, and yoga (postures, breathwork, meditation and philosophy).
