I have practiced yogic asanas for 15 years and about 5 years ago, went to India and was taught about Yoga as a philosophical system. I fell in love. WOW. A set of tools for Spirit to stay sane while in Soul form! I was elated. I have taught full-time as an owner of a Yoga studio for 3 years. Anatomy is a passion of mine, I love observing the differences in bodies and how that translates through asanas. Beautiful!
