The adaptive chair yoga course increased my understanding of physiology and cueing. Darcie has a wealth of information regarding the body and how to teach movement. The content has increased my knowledge of yoga poses and being sensitive to all body types. The material can be used in all yoga classes it has given depth to my understanding.

Darcie's course on How to Teach Chair Yoga is excellent and I would highly recommend it to other yoga teachers. Darcie is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this area. She presents the material in an organized and engaging way. Time for purposeful discussions and questions is provided. Her manual is full of important information, pictures and tips.
