Darcie's course on How to Teach Chair Yoga is excellent and I would highly recommend it to other yoga teachers. Darcie is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this area. She presents the material in an organized and engaging way. Time for purposeful discussions and questions is provided. Her manual is full of important information, pictures and tips.

This course has been a wonderful opportunity. I surely am a better yoga practitioner and teacher after Darcie's course. I have immediately started to apply what I have learned to my own classes, not only using the chair to provide options for those students who need special care, but also integrating the use of the chair as a tool to achieve a higher level of body awareness for those students who don't have limitations, or maybe, I am not using the chair at all but I am sequencing classes that allow both types of students at the same time to enjoy the benefits of a subtler practice. All this is invaluable for me.
