As a senior yoga teacher with well in excess of 3000 hours teaching experience I have watched and worked with hundreds of different bodies and the patterns those minds and bodies have adapted. I teach to support my students and encourage curiosity to develop their own practice and help them understand how they can be an active participant in their total wellbeing.
I believe yoga is a powerful, easy to learn method of attaining good health and well- being. It's my passion to teach in a way that EVERY BODY can develop that capacity to connect, respond and change. This empowering way to practice yoga doesn't need to stop on the mat, The tools and techniques can be brought into our day to day life where the real opportunity for transformation can happen.
