I have been teaching Yoga for over 20 years. In 2004 I registered with Yoga Alliance and have 3000+ hours teaching experience working with groups, 1-2-1 and for corporate clients.I've explored many styles of yoga and incorporate the techniques from these various schools of yoga into my teaching.
We are individuals with our own unique needs. It's my hope that through a blend of slow mindful yoga, pranayama, and the introspective practices of yin and restorative yoga I provide a practice that builds awareness, and is accessible and relevant for the modern day persons needs.
